Around 20 participants came together for the Corvid Lab Meeting in Vienna and at the KLF in Grünau in October 2024. The team from Alex Thornton’s Wild Cognition Research Group from the Center for Ecology and Conservation at Exeter University in Cornwall/UK and the team around Thomas Bugnyar had an incredibly productive exchange for three days about the ability of corvids to learn from each other and how culture itself emerges. Further collaboration is expected!
